We focus on being your supplier partner rather than just your part supplier. When it comes to drilling a hole in a piece of steel, we can’t claim to do it better.
Customer Focused Approach
What we can do is be extremely responsive and cost competitive in delivering tailored manufacturing services that cater to our customers’ diverse needs.
At Neo Industries Corp., we pride ourselves on our comprehensive range of manufacturing services that ensure quality and efficiency with confidence product will be on-time and as designed.
We are able to do this by focusing on a small group of customers, their specific products, part families, and routines. By doing this we are able to invest in the most appropriate quality tooling and optimize processes for maximum efficiency and turnaround.
Our processes are continually improved and documented. We want partners we can invest in for mutual benefit, not growth through hundreds of one time customers.
Quality Control
Quality may have different meanings in different situations, but in machining and engineering; it’s exacting. Machined components are designed very specifically for applicable fit, function, safety, and even life expectancy.
Customers expect product that is 100% conforming to all required specifications. We understand the expectations.
Our quality control team analyzes critical features of every component we are contracted to machine and prepares check plans based on AQL schedules with appropriate gages.
Our advanced manufacturing services allow us to adapt to changes seamlessly, ensuring that our clients receive optimal solutions.
Those inspection plans are created and managed using Tolerion Quality Cloud software. SPC, PPAPs, and FMEAs can be prepared and provided as required.
Gages are controlled and calibrated using GageList software. We are in the process of migrating to a comprehensive cloud inspection solution that customers can access real time. It is still in development.
Neo Industries Corp. is currently an ISO 9002:2015 compliant company with registration / certification scheduled for April 2026.
Use of Advanced Technology
First it was the digital age; then Industry 4.0; now it’s AI that’s going to revolutionize the manufacturing services industry. It can be hard to keep up.
Technology is a large part of modern machining and manufacturing and we employ applications in as many ways as possible – though we still depend on traditional craftsmanship and time tested skills.
Our shop software, Fulcrum Pro, is a modern cloud application utilized by all personnel shop wide on 24″ inch touch screens. We depend on Fulcrum Pro for all stages of the production cycle; from orders to shipments, including detailed process control, check points, lot control, and identification. It also includes a customer portal.
Multiple machines are monitored using datanomix, which provides a breadth of information. We use it mostly to manage lights out production, review process history, and machine conditions. In addition to remote monitoring, multiple machines can be accessed and managed remotely via a secure VPN.
