Founded in 1992, Neo Industries Corp. is a contract machining company operating in Colleyville, Texas (Dallas Fort Worth). Our core competency is milling and turning with multi-axis automated CNC machines .
We specialize in low to medium volume production including blanket orders and make to stock programs. We work with a wide variety of steel and aluminum, but are considered a first choice for super alloys including Titanium, Inconel, Monel, and Hastelloy.

We operate within a safe and clean environment we call “mise en plas” – our version of 5S.
When it comes to adding persons to the crew, we value character, work ethic, and attitude over skills.
We use a paid tryout process for mutual evaluation. It only take a couple days to determine if the prospect feels the organization is a place where he or she can be happy and thrive – and most importantly build a career.
The origins of Neo Industries Corp. started in the late 1980s when Bill Horn bought the assets of another company and set up a small “machine shop” in Grand Prairie, Texas.
In 1992, Bill, joined by a business partner Dan Day, formed the “new” Neo Industries Corp. and relocated the company to a larger facility owned by Bill in Colleyville, Texas. At this point the two partners made a significant investment in the new venture purchasing over $450,000 state of the art CNC production equipment to go into the nearly new 15,000 square foot facility. The company attained its ISO 9002 certification shortly after.
After Bill retired in 2006, Neo operated as an absentee owned captive shop providing specialized machined components to Dan’s primary business, Standard Hardware, though it did have some direct sales.
The current ownership purchased the company in 2019.
