A Partner, Not Just a Part Supplier

We focus on being a supplier partner, not just a source for parts. Drilling a hole in steel isn’t something we can claim to do better than the next shop. What we can do is be responsive, cost-competitive, and genuinely invested in delivering manufacturing services tailored to how our customers actually work.

We intentionally work with a focused group of customers rather than chasing volume through one-time orders. That focus lets us invest in the right tooling for each customer’s specific parts and processes, and optimize for efficiency and turnaround rather than generic capability. Our processes are documented and continually improved — we’re building for long-term partnerships, not one-off transactions.

Quality Control

Quality means something exacting in machining: components are designed for specific fit, function, safety, and life expectancy, and customers expect 100% conformance to spec. We take that seriously.

Our quality team analyzes critical features on every component we’re contracted to machine, and builds inspection plans based on AQL schedules with appropriate gaging. Those plans are managed using Tolerion®, with SPC, PPAP, and FMEA documentation available as required. Gages are controlled and calibrated through GageList.

We maintain an ISO 9001:2015 compliant quality system.

Built on Modern Shop Technology

Manufacturing keeps absorbing new technology — digital tools, Industry 4.0, and now AI — without ever replacing the traditional craftsmanship and hands-on skill machining still depends on. We use technology where it genuinely helps, not for its own sake.

Our shop runs on Fulcrum Pro, a cloud-based system used shop-wide on 24″ touchscreens, covering everything from order intake to shipment: process control, checkpoints, lot control, and identification, along with a customer portal. Multiple machines are monitored through Datanomix, which we rely on for lights-out production management, process history, and machine condition tracking. Equipment can also be accessed and managed remotely through a secure VPN.
