About

Founded in 1992. Rebuilt for What’s Next.

Neo Industries Corp. is a contract machining company based in Colleyville, Texas, in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Our core competency is precision milling and turning on multi-axis CNC equipment, specializing in low-to-medium volume production — including blanket orders and make-to-stock programs. We work across a range of steels and aluminum, and are a trusted choice for super alloys including Inconel and Hastelloy.

Where We Started

Neo Industries Corp. traces back to the late 1980s, when Bill Horn acquired the assets of another shop and set up a small machine shop in Grand Prairie, Texas. In 1992, Bill partnered with Dan Day to form the “new” Neo Industries Corp., relocating to a larger facility in Colleyville and investing over $450,000 in state-of-the-art CNC equipment for a nearly 15,000-square-foot shop.

After Bill retired in 2006, Neo operated for over a decade primarily as a captive shop supporting Dan’s other business.

A New Chapter

Current ownership took over Neo Industries Corp. in 2019, bringing a background in precision manufacturing from McGregor Metalworking in Springfield, Ohio. That experience shaped a clear goal: rebuild Neo into the kind of shop it was originally meant to be. If you worked with Neo years ago, this isn’t the same company — we’ve reinvested in equipment, process, and people to become a shop built for real manufacturing partnerships, not just transactional work.

People & Culture

Good people make everything worthwhile. The best employees like where they work and what they do — when they’re treated well and feel valued, results tend to take care of themselves.

We operate in a clean, organized shop environment — our own version of 5S, which we half-jokingly call “mise en place.” When we bring someone onto the crew, we value character, work ethic, and attitude over pure skill. We use a paid tryout process, giving both sides a couple of days to find out honestly whether it’s a good fit — not just for the job, but for a career.
