Turning
Our turning centers are equipped with live tooling and bar feeders, allowing us to combine turning, milling, and secondary operations in a single setup — reducing handling, tightening tolerances, and cutting turnaround time on complex parts. Maximum turning capacity is 8″ in diameter.
Milling
Our milling capacity covers a large working envelope — up to 50″ in X, 20″ in Y, and 25″ in Z — giving us the flexibility to handle everything from small precision components to larger, more complex parts within a single operation.
Connected, Monitored Production
Our equipment is wirelessly networked and monitored in real time, giving us full visibility into production status, cycle times, and machine condition across the shop floor. That visibility supports consistent quality and lets us catch and correct issues early — not after a part ships.
